Accessibility Statement
POSAIC is built to be accessible to people with disabilities. We keep improving for everyone.
Last updated: April 2026
Our Commitment
Our website and POS app are built to reach the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. We aim to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
Every business owner, employee, and customer deserves equal access to digital tools. We don't bolt accessibility on at the end — it's part of how we design and build.
Conformance Status
WCAG 2.1 Level AA — Self-Assessed (independent audit planned post-launch)
Verified via Google Lighthouse with a perfect 100/100 accessibility score on both mobile and desktop.
This website has been designed to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA success criteria. We validate with automated testing tools (Lighthouse, axe-core) and manual internal reviews. An independent third-party accessibility audit is planned after product launch.
Measures Taken
Here's what we do to keep POSAIC accessible:
- • All text meets WCAG 2.1 AA color contrast ratios (minimum 4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text)
- • Keyboard navigation is fully supported with visible focus indicators on all interactive elements
- • All form inputs have programmatically associated labels (via for/id or aria-label)
- • Heading hierarchy follows a logical, sequential structure (h1 → h2 → h3)
- • A 'Skip to main content' link is provided for keyboard and screen reader users
- • Semantic HTML5 elements are used throughout (nav, main, footer, section, article)
Compatibility
This website is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:
- • Screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack)
- • Screen magnification software
- • Speech recognition software
- • Operating system accessibility features (high contrast mode, reduced motion)
This website is tested on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge browsers.
Known Limitations
We aim for full WCAG 2.1 AA. Some limits may still exist:
- • Third-party embedded content (such as Cal.com scheduling widgets) may not fully conform to our accessibility standards
- • Some dynamic animations may be less accessible to users with motion sensitivities — we respect the 'prefers-reduced-motion' media query

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of POSAIC. Please let us know if you encounter any accessibility barriers:
